We’re hiring! Join our team as a Creative Graduate – Bonhoga.

 

We’re looking for a Creative Graduate to develop a business plan for the reopening of Bonhoga and tie this to a new retail strategy for Shetland Arts. Reporting to the Director of Creativity & Impact, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful reopening of Bonhoga and evaluating the success of the first 3 months.

This role is part-funded by Highlands and Islands Enterprise.

  • Full-time, 1-year fixed-term contract.
  • Salary: £30,000.
  • Candidates should have graduated within the last 4 years, ideally with no more than 1 year’s graduate level work experience.
  • The graduate must be resident in the Highlands and Islands area for the duration of the placement.
