Shetland – Sullom Voe Terminal

 

We require a number of Rigger/Operators to support the Peterson Rigging team at Sullom Voe Terminal.

As part of a team, duties will include following detailed lift plans and risk assessments, obtaining and rigging up lifting equipment/accessories to carry out lifting operations. Duties may also include driving plant, cranes or HIAB, depending upon the candidate.

The successful candidate will hold an NPORS or OPITO Rigging qualification. Forklift and working at height/harness certification/experience would be beneficial, as well as experience working in the Petrochemical Industry.

Candidate will have good communication skills and be able to work well as part of a team. A commitment to health and safety is essential. Training and certification for driving plant will be beneficial.

A Disclosure Scotland Certificate is a prerequisite for these roles.
