ENQUIRIES are ongoing following a single-vehicle road accident in the Gremista area of Lerwick last night (Wednesday).

Police said there were no injuries in the incident, which was reported shortly after 10pm.

Chief inspector Chris Sewell added that the damaged vehicle has since been recovered and the road is fully open.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the full circumstances, and anyone with information is asked to contact police via 101,” he said.
