The Role: Office Administrator

This covers the various tasks required for the day-to-day running of the office:

  • Receptionist duties involving telephone answering and assisting at counter
  • Handling and distributing inward and outward mail
  • Processing client remittances and banking as and when required
  • General office administration
  • Maintain own daily diary / task management system
  • General office tasks such as maintaining sufficient levels of stationery, stock & office machine consumables
  • Maintain and develop relationships both internally and externally
  • Accurately prepare and issue documentation
  • Comply with internal and external regulatory requirements / (completing online regulatory learning modules) Continuous Professional Development
  • Assist with HSE routine checks and recording (step ladder, first aid box, fire alarm)
  • Setting up meeting room in accordance with office diary

Bonus: 5% Christmas Bonus (usually paid in December (pro rata) on period employed; this bonus is not guaranteed and is subject to company performance and directors discretion.)

Annual Leave: 27 days + Bank Holidays (plus the ability to buy or sell a further 3 days through our flexible benefits)

Pension Scheme: Auto enrolled into our Defined Contribution scheme initially at employee 5% and employer 3%, then upon successful completion of probationary period employee minimum rate of 4% and employer max rate of 9%

Death In Service: Cover at 4 times annual salary will be provided immediately upon commencement of employment

Flexible Benefits: Employees have the ability to participate in cycle to work scheme, gym memberships and host of other options should they wish to do so

Private Medical Insurance: Upon successful completion of probationary period the employee will be given the opportunity to join (this is a taxable benefit in kind)

Employee Assistance Programme: All employees have access to a confidential counselling helpline

Employee Share Scheme: The scheme is open to all employees who have passed their probationary period.  It is a tax efficient method for employees to save in order to subscribe for shares in TL Dallas so they can share in the long term future success of the Group.

Salary: Will vary based on relevant experience & qualifications and will range from £23,000 to £26,000 based on 35 hours. Less than 35 hours would be pro rata accordingly.
