Ground Security Operative
Full-time – 40 hours per week

We are expanding our team to improve the service that we deliver and therefore have an opportunity for you to join us at Sumburgh Airport.
Key information:
- Current starting salary is £26,999 progressing to £27,619.
- On top of this you are entitled to a Shetland Island Allowance of £2,163 per annum.
- This role requires you to work on a shift basis which includes weekends. When working on a shift basis, a shift premium applies at a rate of 12.5%.
- You will work weekend shifts which attract weekend premiums – time and a half on Saturday, and double time on Sunday. This currently ranges from £4,357 to £4,469 per annum.
- Other benefits include 28.5 days annual leave per year, increasing to 33.5 after 5 years’ service.
