About the Eid Community Coop:

The Eid Community Coop runs a small, friendly, local shop in Aith on the west side of Shetland. The shop is overseen by a committee on behalf of the community shareholders.

About the Role:

As Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the shop. You will lead a small team of staff, including volunteers and work experience youngsters from the Aith School. You will be accountable to the Management Committee for all aspects of shop operations.

If appointed as Trainee Manager, you will be trained and supported pending taking on the full Manager role.
