Part-Time Personal Assistant (2 positions) in Central South Mainland

Hours: 11.5 hours per week (shared across four PAs)

Competitive rate of pay – details available on request

 

We are currently seeking two Personal Assistants to join a small, trusted team, providing person-centred support for a friendly and inquisitive 80-year-old woman in her own home.

Duties will include:

  • Personal Care – 1 hour each morning
  • Batch Cooking – 2 hours/week (flexible timing)
  • Social Outings – 2 hours/week (flexible timing; visits to cafes and birdwatching)
  • Personal Administration – 0.5 hours/week (flexible timing; sorting mail etc)

You’ll be joining a team led by an experienced lead PA, with administrative support in place.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Emotionally intelligent and respectful
  • Calm, communicative, and confident in their abilities
  • Able to show initiative and work collaboratively with other PAs
  • Skilled or confident in cooking (preferred but not essential)
  • A driver (preferred but not essential)
