North House, Toab, Virkie

One bedroom, single storey, semi-detached house situated in the village of Toab in the South Mainland of Shetland close to Sumburgh airport.

Entrance is via a door which opens to the hall with doors to all rooms. Immediately on the right is a kitchenette with south-facing window looking out over to the airport and Sumburgh Head in the distance, a sink unit with its own water hot supply, and a built-in cupboard also housing the meters etc.

Down the hall on the right is a double bedroom with a window to the front of the property, a bathroom with bath, WC and wash hand basin and a cupboard housing the hot water tank, and finally the living room which has windows to the front and rear, the front east-facing window enjoying a view over farmland towards the Pool of Virkie and the sea in the distance.

Heating is currently provided by a mix of storage and panel heaters although these have not been tested.

Small garden area to the front plus narrow strip of land to the side and rear allowing for access. The derelict property immediately behind the house is not part of the property.
