We are currently looking for an administration assistant with wages and bookkeeping experience to join our small and friendly team. Our team aims to provide a very good quality of service for our clients whilst maintaining a flexible and positive work environment.
The role will require a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word and applicants should possess good administrative and communication skills, be efficient, organised and methodical with a friendly approachable manner.
The successful applicant to this role will also be responsible for providing support to the business through the preparation of wages and bookkeeping for a number of our clients.
The qualities that you will bring to the role will include:
- Excellent customer service and team working skills
- The ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a wages/bookkeeper role
- Working knowledge of sage payroll and sage accounting software would be desirable
