About the Role:

Shetland Powder Coatings is looking for a motivated, practical Workshop Manager to lead our team in powder coating, car detailing and autobody repair. You’ll oversee operations, manage staff members, coordinate jobs, work with customers, and contribute hands-on to the workshop when needed.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily operations and schedule workflow
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication
  • Support and supervise a small, skilled team
  • Take on powder coating, detailing, or bodywork tasks as required
  • Help attract new work and grow our customer base

Requirements:

  • Background in powder coating and/or autobody repair and spraying
  • Leadership and team coordination skills
  • Great with customers and local relationship building
  • Reliable, organised, and hands-on
