We are currently recruiting for a Marine Electrician to join our Engineering team to service our Shetland Marine Farms.

 

Responsible for the full service, maintenance and repair of the region’s electrical infrastructure, the Marine Electrician will travel between sites to support the Farm Manager whilst maintaining an orderly workshop, ensuring health and safety compliance and safe systems of work are always in place.

 

The ideal candidate | will have the relevant Electrical qualifications and will ideally have experience working with the following: Power distribution systems, marine site underwater and cage distribution wiring systems, underwater lights, marine vessels, generating sets, inboard and outboard engines, and various small plant repairs. Candidates must be able to work to a high standard, have good communication skills and be computer literate.
