Whalsay service down to one vessel

THE WHALSAY ferry service is running with a single vessel today (Thursday) following a breakdown on the Linga yesterday.

The Hendra will run to the Linga’s timetable, with all bookings suspended.

An update later issued for Bluemull Sound said that service would drop to a single vessel from 3pm as the Fivla will be required for Whalsay.
