BBC Filming / Crime drama filming to begin in Bixter on Tuesday
LOCAL filming for the next series of the Shetland crime drama is to get underway in Bixter on Tuesday.
Cast and crew will be filming at a house in Semblister on Tuesday and Wednesday.
There will be no traffic control measures necessary during this time, but people are asked to be aware that there will be an increase in traffic on the Parkhall to Semblister road during this time.
The main vehicle support unit will be located in the quarry on the right hand side of the main Tresta to Bixter road near to the south entrance to Bixter.
Filming will take place in various locations in Shetland until 23 April. The production team have been tested for Covid-19 prior to arrival and will also be tested during the filming process.
