Police / Police investigate report of careless driving
POLICE are appealing for witnesses in relation to a report of careless driving on the A970 between Quarff and Fladdabister on Tuesday (29 December).
A grey Toyota Yaris is said to have overtaken a cyclist at around 1.55pm, causing an oncoming vehicle to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
Anyone with information is asked to contact the police on the non-emergency number 101. Alternatively they can contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or online.
