News / Ferries cancelled once again
FOR THE second day running ferry services between Shetland, Orkney and the Scottish mainland have been cancelled due to the south-easterly gales.
Ferry operator NorthLink confirmed on Sunday morning that all its services, including the Pentland Firth crossings, were off.
The departure of the freight vessel Hildasay from Aberdeen has been delayed until 6am on Monday.
