Whalsay ferry service impacted by Hendra breakdown
THE WHALSAY ferry service is currently running with a single vessel after the Hendra broke down.
The Filla is scheduled to join the service to assist the Linga.
The latest information can be found through Shetland Islands Council’s voicebank service on 01595 743973.
Meanwhile some buses reported delays this morning (Monday) due to the cold conditions. There are also no inter-island flights running this morning due to the icy runway at Tingwall, with the next update there due to come at midday.
