Lifeboat responds to report of missing diver
LERWICK lifeboat was called out earlier this morning (Thursday) to the south of Bressay where a diver was reported overdue.
The lifeboat was seen alongside the dive boat Honeydew anchored off The Bard.
A spokesperson for the Shetland Coastguard said they were alerted to the incident at 10.17am.
Fortunately, the missing diver was quickly located safe and well, and is currently in the process of being taken ashore.
