POLICE are looking for information after a rucksack containing money, a mobile phone and other valuables was taken from the Marlex pub in Lerwick on Saturday.
Officers say a male suspect was seen leaving via the main entrance at around 11.45pm with the purple rucksack, which had been located on a table opposite the bar on the ‘sports’ side of the pub.
Police are keen to speak to anyone with information especially those who may have been in the pub or nearby at the time of the offence. They can contact Lerwick Police Station by phoning 101, quoting NL 1817/18.
