Total incompetence
The ferry fiasco is destroying my business, but it is also threatening my physical and mental health.
I have an important hospital appointment this Friday (19 June), but it is impossible to book a ferry. Every ferry is N/A between 07.45 and 16.55.
I have another important medical appointment in Lerwick on Wednesday 24 June. This time, every single ferry, in both directions, is marked N/A.
What on earth am I supposed to do?
Tourists cannot come to Yell, which is threatening my business, but when it comes to my health being threatened as well, I am getting very, very angry.
The total incompetence of the Sella Ness management team is literally driving me mad!They have to be fired and replaced with human beings.
What are SIC doing about this fiasco?
