NorthLink warns of ferry disruption

NORTHLINK Ferries has advised passengers of disruption over the coming days due to the weather.

Tonight’s (Friday) northbound sailing will now depart Aberdeen at 5pm instead of 7pm.

Both of Saturday’s sailings to and from Shetland are under review with a high probability of cancellation.

There are also warnings that journeys on the Yell Sound inter-island ferry route may be disrupted this afternoon (Friday) and Saturday.
