Police / Police seek witnesses after receiving dangerous driving report
POLICE are looking for witnesses in relation to a report of dangerous driving alleged to have taken place on Thursday (9 April) just south of the Tingwall crossroads.
A Leask’s public bus was said to be travelling north when a dark car overtook into the path of an oncoming vehicle causing the bus to take evasive action to avoid a collision.
Police are particularly looking to speak to the driver of the vehicle which was oncoming.
The incident is said to have occurred at 3.55pm on Thursday on the A970. The police can be contacted on 101.
