Police / Police investigate report of fire-raising at Gremista waste facility
POLICE are appealing for witnesses after receiving a report of a fire-raising at the Gremista Waste Management Facility in Lerwick at the weekend.
The incident is said to have taken place on Saturday (15 February) at midday.
Police are also making enquiries into a damage caused to a window of a portacabin stationed at the Toft Ferry Terminal.
It was discovered 9.30am today (Monday) and is believed to have occurred in the last few days.
Police is encouraging anyone with information regarding the incidents to phone 101, or contact Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555111 or online.
