VANDALS struck in Lerwick over the last few days damaging the Clickimin Leisure Complex and the Shetland Fudge Company shop on the Esplanade.
The Clickimin was vandalised some time between 11.30pm on Thursday and 7am on Friday, while the Shetland Fudge Company was targeted between 5.15pm on Saturday and 7am on Sunday.

Police charged several people with a variety of offences over the weekend:
• A 39 year old woman was detained for an assault in Mossbank at 8pm on Saturday and a report is being submitted to the procurator fiscal;
• An 18 year old man was detained for theft at 1.47am on Sunday on Commercial Street and is also being reported to the fiscal;
• a 35 year old man was charged with speeding on Lerwick’s Holmsgarth Road at 6.45pm on Friday;
• a 40 year old man received a fixed penalty on Saturday lunchtime for failing to wear a seatbelt;
• a 37 year old man was issued with a fixed penalty for urinating in public at 12.45am on Monday morning; and
• alcohol was seized from several youths on Whalsay on Saturday night.
