Transport / More cancellations likely over weekend, NorthLink warns

MORE CANCELLATIONS to NorthLink services are likely over the weekend.

The ferry operator has warned that both of Sunday’s passenger sailings are under review with a “high probability” of cancellation.

Saturday night’s sailing of the Hrossey from Lerwick is also set to leave four hours late, at 11pm, and could be up to three hours late arriving into Aberdeen on Sunday morning.

All of Friday night’s ferry sailings are cancelled due to the adverse forecast.
