A MAN has been remanded in custody ahead of trial on charges of theft by housebreaking and culpable and reckless conduct to injury.
Stuart Duncan, 44, whose address was given as Shetland, was fully committed for trial when he appeared in private from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court on Monday.
He made no plea on the charges.
