Health / Reduced service at Brae Health Centre after clinician told to self-isolate
A CLINICIAN having to self-isolate has meant that a reduced service is in place at the Brae Health Centre.
On Monday NHS Shetland issued an apology and said it is trying to source additional cover.
A spokesperson said: “We are asking patients in the Brae practice area to please be aware that we have reduced GP availability this week due to a clinician having to self-isolate, and therefore being unable to travel to Shetland.
“Unfortunately this situation is out with our control and we are continuing to try to source additional cover. In the meantime, we apologise for the reduced service.”
