Letters / Reminder of Cameron’s visit in 2014

I read the story about Boris Johnson’s proposed visit to Shetland (Boris Johnson responds to letter on Shetland self-determination – and hopes to visit isles this year; Shetland News, 18 February 2021).

Why did this remind me of the party the SIC laid on for David Cameron in July 2014 (David Cameron arrives for surprise isles visit; Shetland News, 22 July 2014) when he came up to canvass for a No vote in the referendum?
