News / Police informed after money taken from changing room during rugby match
SHETLAND Rugby Club has expressed its disappointment after money was taken from its players’ wallets in the changing room during a match in Lerwick at the weekend.
The men’s team came back to the Clickimin Leisure Complex after beating Stornoway on Saturday to find that someone had been through their changing bags.
“The police have been informed and are looking into it,” the club wrote on Facebook this morning (Monday).
“If anyone knows anything or has information that could help please get in touch with us or the police.
“Very disappointing to see this kind of thing happening in our community.”
