A MAN has been released on bail after appearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court from custody on Wednesday.
Ciaran Kirkpatrick, whose bail address was given as Hoofields, Lerwick, denied two offences alleged to have taken place at a house in the town on 15 September.
The 20-year-old pleaded not guilty to behaving in a threatening or abusive manner, including by throwing a mobile phone at a ceiling and behaving aggressively, and assault.
Kirkpatrick was bailed with special conditions, with his next court appearance set for 23 October.
