THIS weekend’s Althing Debate explores the thorny issue of how it is to be poor in a well off community such as Shetland.

Speakers Chris Brown, Martin Tregonning and Pat Brown will explore the question whether or not ‘Shetland is a bad place to be poor’.

The popular debating event is held in the Tingwall hall on Saturday (21 February) and kicks of at 7.30pm.
