NORTHLINK Ferries has warned passengers that there could be disruption to services on Thursday due to the weather.

The northbound sailing from Aberdeen to Shetland is under review with a high probability of cancellation of the Kirkwall to Lerwick leg.

The southbound sailing is also under review. If it does sail, it could leave Lerwick six hours early at 1pm.

Thursday’s freight sailing from Aberdeen to Lerwick is also likely to be cancelled.
