Court / Released on bail
A MAN from Rochdale has been released on bail after appearing from custody at Lerwick Sheriff Court charged with drug offences.
James Heaney, 30, is charged with being concerned in the supply of drugs.
Heaney also faces two charges of having a controlled drug in his possession.
He first appeared in court in private on Thursday, where he made no plea and was committed for further examination.
Heaney was remanded in custody for consideration of bail, but was released on bail when his case called again in private this morning (Friday).
