In Pictures / Jarl squads join in the fun as Aith lifeboat gala offers something for everyone

A rare sight as various 2025 guizer jarls join together for a photo at the Aith lifeboat gala. THERE was plenty of family-friendly fun in Aith earlier this afternoon (Saturday) at the village’s lifeboat gala.

There was an opening procession with the lifeboat crew and various jarl squads before plenty of things to do at the pier, hall and beer shed.

Thanks to Marvin Smith for the selection of photos.

Lifeboat crew member Kevin Henry was given a long service award. Photo: Marvin Smith
John Robert Hay was also given a long service award for his 50 years with the Aith lifeboat. Photo: Marvin Smith
