Saturday’s ferries could be cancelled
NORTHLINK is warning that all passenger and freight sailings could be cancelled on Saturday due to the weather.
The sailings are under review, with updates to come in due course.
Due to the weather tonight’s (Wednesday) southbound sailing from Lerwick to Kirkwall/Aberdeen is set to depart an hour early at 4.30pm.
On Thursday the northbound sailing will depart an hour early at 5pm, while the southbound trip may be subject to minor delays.
