Sport / Hockey team narrowly lose in district cup final
SHETLAND’s women’s hockey team narrowly lost out in the Scottish District Cup final after losing to Edinburgh University 4’s this afternoon (Sunday).
The blues lost the match in Glasgow 1-0.
Coach Derek Leask said it was a “tight game against a very good Edinburgh side”.
Shetland won the cup last year, beating the same opponents.
