Letters / Strange political stuff

Thanks to those who voted for me as the Alliance to Liberate Scotland and Sovereignty candidate in Shetland.

Some strange political stuff since Thursday.

How can Keir Starmer justify ‘rebuilding our relationship with Europe by putting Britain at the heart of Europe’.  In a democracy, should government not respect the result of a referendum?

Will be interesting to see how this goes down in the Red Wall areas, like Sunderland?

Meanwhile, John Swinney says he will not talk with Reform. I am no Reform supporter, but I do wonder why the First Minister of, all of, Scotland has effectively disowned 15.8 per cent of Scottish voters, they voted for a legal, democratic party.

He should be more worried about the Greens!
