Court / Man appears in private on assault to injury charges
A TWENTY-nine year old man has appeared in private at Lerwick Sheriff Court charged with two counts of assault to injury.
Barry Coutts, whose address was given only as Shetland, is also charged with possessing an offensive weapon in a public place.
Coutts made no plea to all three charges.
He was committed for further examination and released on bail. No date has been given for his next appearance.
