BBC Filming / Shetland filming concludes at Easter Quarff
THIS year’s filming for the Shetland crime drama series concludes during the first week in July when the focus moves to Easter Quarff for the final few days.
The teams will be filming scenes at a property in the area which will lead to restrictions on the minor Easter Quarff road from Tuesday (1 July) to Friday (4 July).
A Stop/Go traffic hold will be in place every day between 8am and 7pm to enable safe drone shots of the filming location and to manage all traffic due to the added volume of production vehicles accessing the road.
Holds will be short and kept to an absolute minimum. Residents will be prioritised.
The production team apologises for any inconvenience this may cause.
