Linkspan issue in Fetlar resolved

THERE was brief disruption to the Bluemull Sound ferry service earlier today (Wednesday) after a linkspan issue in Fetlar.

A voicebank update at 2.30pm said only foot passengers would be taken to the island, but by 3.30pm the service was back to normal.

Meanwhile the Yell Sound service is single vessel for a second day today (Wednesday) due to crewing issues.
