AS THE year draws to a close it is worth looking back at the last 12 months to read again what made the news in 2022.

Below we have listed (and linked) the ten most read stories of the year.

 

1.

Top came a longer piece written by our reporter Chris Cope on the decision by the owners of Vaila, Richard Rowland and Dorotha Rychlik to put the island up for sale. This start was shared more than 23,000 times on social media.
