How realistic is Scottish Labour’s proposal?
Rhoda Grant’s letter contains some interesting information but are the proposals for freezing the price cap and taxing the oil companies realistic?
Perhaps she could clarify how the Scottish Government can go about freezing the price cap and taxing the record oil and gas profits as Labour’s Scottish branch has as yet not explained how this can be done.
