In defence of local engineering company Ocean Kinetics against scurrilous accusations by the RMT union, I have worked on countless jobs alongside them in Lerwick and at Sullom Voe.

This company does nothing on the cheap; they have new vehicles, they use the best plant available, the best machinery available, grade one materials and their men are always well clad in quality PPE.

They are a quality local company constantly training youngsters up and improving people.
