Community / Cunningsburgh Show cancelled again

THE CUNNINGSBURGH Show has been called off for a second year in a row due to coronavirus restrictions.

The organisers hope that the popular event will return in 2022.

There was particular concern over the amount of folk who would potentially be visiting the show.

It is the latest large event to fall foul to coronavirus for a second year in a row, with the Simmer Dim bikers’ rally announcing on Monday that it is holding off until 2022.

Shetland Folk Festival is also not taking place this year.
