Letters / Who will bail us out?
Alistair Darling was correct on STV debate: “You cannot save and spend oil funds at the same time”.
Shetland Islands Council tried the ‘save and spend’ idea as well, and look what happened there.
So who will bail us out in a possible bankruptcy because the SNP only offers everything and nothing by hoping it works.
This so-called vote in September is pointless.
May I say it reminds me of a British film regarding the unions’ takeover of a factory: the shop steward denied bullying everyone to his thinking by saying they can think for themselves. Looking over his shoulder he was in no doubt – “You can brothers, can’t you?” “Yes”, they all said.
