Seeking answers

The request by the No campaign for more costings and figures with regard to the superb and positive “Our Future” white paper produced this week by the Scottish Government are echoed by us here on the Yes Shetland side.

Both written and verbal requests have been made to the pro unionist coalition government in Westminster by the Scottish government for financial details in order that Scotland can provide the electorate with more detail.

The stock reply from politicians and civil servants is that there will be no information or any assistance until after the referendum result.

If any members of the No campaign, including politicians north of the border, have any influence whatsoever with their close allies south of the border, please join us in seeking the answers.

5.3 million people wait.
