Spurs 0 – 2 Delting
Spurs were starting the tournament with good pre-season form and are the Holders, but two goals from Robert Balfour secured a good win for the Delts.

Whalsay 6 – 1 Scalloway
Whalsay took the lead from a Marcus Pitt own goal, with other goals from Stuart Shearer (2), James Shearer (2), and Colin Anderson. Scott Henderson replied for Scalloway.
