Court / Pair released from custody after second court appearance
TWO people who were remanded in custody on drugs charges have now been released on bail.
Elwyn Fullerton, of Lerwick, appeared in private from custody at the town’s sheriff court last week on three charges of drug possession and one of drug production.
The 43-year-old also faced a charge of culpable and reckless conduct which resulted in severe injury and permanent disfigurement and impairment.
Rachel Grant, 49, whose address was also given as Lerwick, also appeared in private from custody on the same drugs charges. Both made no plea to their charges.
Their case called again today (Tuesday) in private, with the pair committed for further examination and released on bail.
They again made no plea to the charges.
