Court / Pair remanded on drugs charges
TWO people have been remanded in custody after appearing at Lerwick Sheriff Court on drugs charges.
Elwyn Fullerton, of Lerwick, appeared in private from custody on Monday on three charges of drug possession and one of drug production.
The 43-year-old also faced a charge of culpable and reckless conduct which resulted in severe injury and permanent disfigurement and impairment.
Rachel Grant, 49, whose address was also given as Lerwick, also appeared in private from custody on the same drugs charges.
Both made no plea to their charges. They were committed for further examination and remanded in custody, with their next appearance expected within eight days.
