Emergency services / Emergency services attend two vehicle crash at Voe

THE A970 road at Voe was partly blocked following a car crash near the Tagon shop late this afternoon (Tuesday).

Emergency services are attending, and police officers are directing traffic.

A spokesperson for Police Scotland said they were alerted to the road traffic collision involving two vehicles at ten minutes to five.

Scottish Fire and rescue Service said two appliances from Brae were called out. However, crews were not required to use and cutting equipment, and the stop call came at just after half past five.
