Flooding causes Bell’s Brae primary department to close

PUPILS in the Bell’s Brae school primary department are being sent home early today (Wednesday) due to flooding resulting from an issue with the heating system.

The flooding has affected the three-storey block at the Lerwick school, closing the primary department. Parents and guardians have been informed.

The early learning and childcare and ASN departments are remaining open.
